Orders are dispatched twice weekly, every Monday and Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.
All shipments are handled by our trusted third-party logistics partners (such as Rayspeed, DHL, JET, and others). Delivery notifications will be sent directly by the courier prior to any delivery attempt.
Please note that our warehouses are located in Indonesia. Shipping services may be temporarily suspended during Singapore and Indonesian public holidays, as well as public holidays in the destination country. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.
All orders are processed automatically. As such, we are unable to expedite, delay, or modify shipments once an order has been dispatched. We kindly recommend planning your order accordingly.
Couriers will make reasonable efforts to notify the recipient in advance before attempting delivery.
Any order marked as “Delivered” by the courier is considered successfully fulfilled, regardless of whether someone is present to receive it.
MMNB® is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address or closely monitoring the tracking link to receive the package on time.
All orders are packed with care and dispatched in good condition. If your item arrives damaged:

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
MMNB® can help facilitate communication with the courier, but please note we are not responsible for packages after the courier has confirmed delivery.
International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery.
For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. If you are contacted in such a manner, it does not mean that you have been subscribed or enrolled in any messaging service, nor that you will be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
We take fraudulent activity seriously. Any orders flagged with suspicious or false information, such as unverifiable addresses, fake names, or repeated test checkouts — will be automatically cancelled.
