Due to production constraints and sizing considerations, items in Size Small are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
For exchanges, we will dispatch the new items once we receive and assess the condition of the returned items.

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please return items in clean condition with fur removed and the original tag attached.
Some of our pricing is size-based. Upsizing may incur a price difference, while downsizing does not qualify for a refund.
